Based in Northern California, Mid-Valley Engineering currently has five offices. The offices are located in Modesto, CA, Stockton, CA, Copperopolis, CA, Fresno, CA, and Scottsdale, AZ. MVE's California offices are located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley and within short driving distances to a variety of cities and recreational venues.

- To the Northwest is Sacramento, Napa wine country, and San Francisco.
- To the Southeast is Yosemite National Park and many nearby lakes.

Modesto & Stockton, CA
The Valley is host to abundant year-round outdoor activities such as water skiing, boating, fishing, biking, hiking, and other recreational sports. Modesto hosts the Modesto Nuts professional baseball team and is close to many cities with national sports teams such as the Oakland A's, San Francisco Giants, Oakland Raiders, San Francisco 49ers, Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors, and the San Jose Sharks. Downtown Modesto is flourishing as it has been revitalized by a prospering business community. The downtown area features vintage/antique shops, fine restaurants, coffee houses and a centralized plaza highlighting a state-of-the-art movie theatre. Modesto is also characterized by its active night-life scene.
Stockton, home of the famous "Asparagus Festival", is located just 30 minutes north of Modesto. Stockton is well-known for its offering of water activities; the San Joaquin Delta provides miles of waterways perfect for recreational and sporting events, such as sailing and water skiing. The city also caters to sports enthusiasts with its many professional sports teams which include the Stockton Ports (baseball), Stockton Thunder (hockey), California Cougars (indoor soccer) and Stockton Lightning (arena football). The City of Stockton also boasts a vibrant and thriving arts/entertainment community with its many theatres and musical venues.

Fresno, CA
Local residents enjoy a mixture of entertainment activities in or around the Fresno area. Fresno Convention Center as well as California State University, Fresno’s SaveMart Center have become major venues for concerts, sports events, comedy shows and rodeos. Family entertainment opportunities include visits to The Chaffee Zoo, which houses over 125 species and The Island Waterpark. Yosemite Park as well as Sequoia National Park is about two to three hours away to enjoy camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. North of Fresno, there are several lakes, including Lost Lake, perfect for boating, fishing or picnics. For wine enthusiasts, Fresno is home to eight local wineries with wine tasting open daily. Fresno has two popular sports teams, the Fresno Falcons hockey team and the Fresno Grizzlies baseball team.
Scottsdale, AZ
Scottsdale has a wide range of attractions for any age and time of year. It was named one of the “100 Best Communities for Young People” by Newsweek in 2005. Some of its residents’ favorite activities include golfing at one of over 200 courses, ATVing in the desert, watching spring training at the Scottsdale Stadium and attending the Annual Scottsdale Arts Festival. Named “The West’s Most Western Town”, locals can still ride horses and take in the desert scenery, as well as visit a saloon or blacksmith. Scottsdale has bike paths that total more than 58 miles in stretch. The weather is prime, with more than 330 sunny days a year. Downtown Scottsdale offers a variety of exquisite restaurants and lively nightclubs and proudly features over 125 art galleries, studios and museums. And for those who are looking to relax, Scottsdale is home to more than 25 luxurious resort and day spas.
