Kirk DeLaMare has over 30 years experience in project management, design, construction administration, and surveying. Throughout his career he has been responsible for the total project management of projects such as Bridle Ridge (Oakdale, CA), Weston Ranch & Spanos Park (Stockton, CA), West Valley Mall (Tracy, CA), the City of Stockton's 10MG Northwest Reservoir and Pumping Facility, and over 22 miles of San Joaquin River levee Improvements. Kirk is responsible for daily company operations, assuring that customer expectations are being met and that quality results are being attained.

Sean Tobin has over 20 years of experience in project management, engineering, design, project feasibility, entitlements, land planning, zoning and construction administration. He managed numerous development projects including Crossroads (Riverbank, CA), West Valley Mall (Tracy, CA), Pelandale/Snyder and Carver Bangs developments (Modesto, CA), and Bridle Ridge (Oakdale, CA). Sean's responsibilities include overseeing the operation of the Land Planning, Engineering and Surveying departments.

Ryan Vance has over 14 years experience in the field of land surveying. His experience includes business development, construction management, writing proposals, land development, property descriptions, ALTA land title surveys and strong skills in conventional and GPS surveying techniques. Ryan manages all of the surveying-related staff including the collection of field data, mapping and construction staking.

Erik has over 17 years experience in project management, business development, and marketing in the land development and high-tech sectors. His expertise in critical path project management and task mastering combined with his land development background assist him in managing our Contracts and creative departments as well as day-to-day operations.

Dennis McConnell

With more than 18 years experience in the information technology field, Dennis excels at helping companies grow profitably by providing productivity improvements in work processes. He has spearheaded efforts to streamline MVE's billing process and workflow as the firm continues its phenomenal growth. During the course of his career, Dennis has managed more than 30 domestic and international moves and negotiated deals on over 1/4 million feet of office space, capitalizing on market conditions to increase real estate without increasing costs. Dennis has been instrumental to the opening of MVE offices throughout the western states.

Ed's 16+ years in the land development and planning sectors have resulted in a strong expertise in preparing project timelines, budgets and schedules, entitlement processing, purchase and sale negotiations, subdivision management and conducting due diligence for residential projects. In his role as Vice President of Business Development, Ed serves as a facilitator of successful client-relationship administration, overseeing and mentoring MVE's Business Development Managers.
