Medical Benefits include one vision plan, one dental plan and three medical plans from which to choose. Premiums paid 100% for employees; spouses and children may be added to the plan at our group rate.
401(k) Plan allows you to defer up to $15,500 of your pay and MVE will contribute a $0.50 match on each dollar, up to 5.5% of income – immediately vested.
Profit Sharing allows each employee to share in the profits of MVE. Evaluated annually, the last several years awarded employees with a contribution of 5% or greater of their gross salary.
Flexible-Spending Accounts are available to lower taxable income by setting aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible child care and medical expenses not covered by our plan.
Paid Time Off includes 15 days for each full-time employee. After seven years, employees receive 20 days. MVE will pay your for any unused time after the first quarter of the new year.
Holidays vary each year, with an average of 15 paid holidays per year.

Internship Program implemented to attract young talent. MVE believes in bringing local talent back to the area after they graduate. MVE awards a scholarship toward their education and offers them an internship position during their summer break.
Work Environment is centered around the needs of our employees. For example, our Modesto facility was designed on a shared-office-space concept rather than the traditional assigned offices or cubicles, allowing for more efficient communication and use of equipment.
